  • What terms are available for real estate loans from Conterra?

    Traditional borrowers have several great loan products options. Whether you want a variable rate and a shorter maturity or a fixed rate out to 30 years Conterra has a product for you. In addition to standard loan products, Conterra offers revolving lines of credit secured by real estate that include a 5-or 10-year interest only option that affords tremendous flexibility in your borrowings. In addition, we offer development loans that can be used when cultivating permanent plantings.

  • What are your rates?

    Rates vary daily. Give us a call to discuss the term, amortization and payment frequency, and we will provide a rate quote.

  • What is Alternative Lending?

    Alternative Lending describes a wide range of loan options, outside of a traditional bank loan, available to borrowers and business owners. These financing options are typically used when an individual or business cannot get traditional bank loans for a variety of reasons.

  • What are the terms of Conterra’s Alternative Loans?

    The primary collateral for alternative loans needs to be real estate although other collateral can be used. Maturities will range from 1 to 5 years. The term, amortization, payment frequency and rates will be dependent upon credit factors and collateral.
